• Designing, implementing, and facilitating annual marketing strategies for the organization
• Supporting and facilitating development and execution of marketing plans
• Translating business department objectives and strategies to prepare brand portfolio objective, plans, strategies to facilitate the growth of business unit
• Planning and administering the marketing operations budget of the organization
• Editing materials in accordance with specific customer on market requirement
• Coordinating the developing of promotional materials
• Assisting in strategic plans for client demonstrations, presentations, displays, etc.
• Developing and administering marketing database
• Developing and delivering insightful strategies and presentations to the executive committee and business department where appropriate
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with international exposure in oil & gas oriented companies
• Experience in building an organization from the ground up
• Able to establish and maintain effective partnerships and working relations
• Proven networking, team-building, organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of English is a must,
• Proficiency in MS Office
