KEY TASKS
• Organization of company business events (seminars, conferences, press conferences, company presentations, business breakfasts, etc) ensuring coordination of content and logistics
• Involved in firm’s participation in external events including booking venues, negotiations of fees with suppliers, and ensures the observance of the firm’s relevant policies;
• Involved with local contributions to the organization of PwC regional / global events
• Participates in coordinating relationship with the media monitoring agency; analyzes media coverage reports and circulates internally;
• Involved in adapting global news releases to Romanian audiences
• Participates in development of social media initiatives and coordinates implementation, in accordance with relevant firm guidelines
• Coordinates content for updating the firm website
• Coordinates media buying for advertisements
