Responsibilities include the following:
¿ Assist in identifying target markets and developing strategic marketing plans, materials and programs including the design and execution of events geared toward Client education and strategic use of internet
site, brochures and other media.
¿ Provide guidance and support on proposals and presentation content.
¿ Develop and execute Public Relations programs and enhance relationships with the community and business leaders. Develop and publish internal communications.
Be a senior member of our Client new marketing team in Romania, with responsibility within Balkans marketing team for Marketing, Business Development, Public Relations and Internal Communications, reporting to the Balkans Clients & Markets Leader.
¿ A Bachelor's degree is required;
¿ 4 + years of relevant experience ¿ either in marketing or in professional services;
¿ Knowledge of the Romanian marketplace;
¿ Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels to create high-level marketing plans, presentations and reports;
¿ Ability to work within a structured corporate environment while bringing unique thoughts and creative ideas to assignments.
¿ Ability to handle stress and work towards deadlines;
¿ Project management experience;
¿ Excellent written and oral communications skills (Romanian and English);
¿ Microsoft Office skills
