- Our client is a dynamic, boutique organisation that provides International Trust and Administrative services, namely: Company formation, Legislative compliance, Accounting, Payroll and Directorships to Foreign Investors.
- Recognising this challenge, our client is looking to expand within the CEE/CIS to serve its clients and new investors. To this end they wish to hire a Managing Director, who will be expected to develop the business by applying a professional and proactive approach to the role, whilst also build a network of local professionals, investors, top executives and decision-makers.
- The ideal candidate should have an accounting or legal background ¿ preferably accounting and Big Four previous experience
- Decent management experience; good people skills;
- Experience of dealing with foreign clients;
- Experience of assisting investors to start up;
- Pro active, outgoing, open and honest nature, willing to learn;
- Attention to detail; good negotiating skills but straight forward in business;
- Fluent English
- Willing to sit on a number of client management boards (with proper indemnities);
- Open honest, hard-working, proactive;
- Outgoing, presentable, friendly;
- Good people skills and experience; good people manager
- Good CV and references.
