KPMG Corporate Finance provides transaction evaluation, financing and deal management advice to national and multi-national companies, to governments and to public sector organisations.
The main responsibilities will be to:
-Coordinate all support activities for deals and corporate finance advisory engagements including but not limited to proposal development and deal engagement delivery
- Manage client relationships during the deal/engagement
- Participate in the delivery of deals/engagements
The following qualifications and experience are required:
- Have a Bachelor and/or Masters degree (part or completed ACCA or similar working towards an MBA or completed MBA)
- Have good inter-personal and communication skills
- Be team players
- Have excellent written and spoken English and Romanian; other European languages will be considered a plus
- Have good knowledge and contacts in the Romanian market (previous CF experience is highly advantageous)
