Answers all incoming calls and routes them appropriately, in a professional, energetic and courteous manner;
Greets all visitors and clients; direct them to the meeting room or as instructed;
Organize/schedule all meetings, calls, appointments for the top management; organize the conference room, coordinate necessary refreshments;
Organize agenda of CEO and keep him informed on the changes; support him in daily activities;
Prepare correspondences, distribute it, maintain registers and reports when needed;
Organize hotel reservation, flight tickets, follow up on travel of local and external managers/visitors;
Keep track of the flights tickets ordered; confirm invoices received from hotels and traveling agencies, attaching appropriate documents.
Responsible for office supply ordering and receiving;
Various admin supporting tasks including: translation, copying, scanning and faxing of documents;
Miscellaneous other tasks, as assigned
Professional skills
- Previous experience in a similar job
- Good English knowledge (written, spoken)
- Organized and pro-active; efficient dead-line oriented
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit and flexibility
Is considered to be a plus:
- Similar experience but in a Real Estate company
- Experience in making Power Point Presentations

Salary: 1,800 – 2,000 lei
