Adecco Professional Placement is looking for its client, a pharma manufacturer, for a Maintenance Manager, for the plant in Bucharest
General Statement of the Responsibilities

Manage the activities of the department in order to ensure the quality of the machinery and technological devices in the Production department as required by GMP and HSE standards and with regards to the achievement of planned objectives.

Direct report to: Production Manager

Responsibilities:

Provides spare parts, maintenance services, cooperates in the plans of preventive and mid-size repairs in order to meet the GMP and HSE requirements related to the quality of the pharmaceutical production and to achieve the yield standards.
- Elaborate annual maintenance pland according to GMP, legal, HSE and corporate requirements and analyze alignment with the budget;
- Aprove and analyze costs regarding the spare parts aquisition;
- Direct involvement in investment projects;
- Propose and implement KPI and lead times for technical interventions and dead lines for each equipment
- Analyze the quality of technical interventions and propose optimization plans.
Checks and records the GMP and HSE compliance at the workplace in order to achieve the objectives while meeting the legal requirements for the quality of the pharmaceutical production and environmental protection.
- Elaborate documents and internal procedures in order to ensure full compliance with GMP and HSE standards;
- Ananlyze the deviations from GMP standards and propose actions to resolve them;
- Manage the change control activity within Maintenance Department.
Manages and supervises the activities of the subordinates, cooperates in the development of the salary policy, provides background information for salaries, trains the SOP in order to satisfy all requirements of production in the required quality.
- Organize, coordinate and aprove the working program for the maintenance team
- Is responsible for performance appraisal system implementation
- Train and evaluate employees in order to ensure full compliance with GMP, legal and HSE requirements.
Planning, control and documentation of all any budget related activities in order to ensure an efficient use of annual budget.
- Prepare annual budget for the Maintenance Department and follows its implementation;
- Propose action to optimize the budget execution;
- Use in a proper manner all department’s resources in order to sustain the maintenance activity within Production Department
Provides technical documentation for the production, checks the completeness, archives in order to meet the legal requirements for the quality of the original pharmaceutical documentation.
- Check, aprove and sign internal documents within Maintenance Department
- Responsible for archiving and accurate maintenance of internal documents.

Health, Safety and Evironment
- Ensure consistent and effective deployment and awareness of people regarding HSE and legal policies and procedures;
- Effective implementation of suitable behavioral safety tools that continually improve HS&E Performance within the department;
- Ensure consistent and effective deployment of company policy, objectives procedures/standards and initiatives within the department
- Implement annual audit program requirements


CERINTE

- Technical University degree;
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar position within indutrial manufacturing field;
- People Management experience;
- Relevant technical expertize regarding the tools and equipments maintenance principles;
- Industrial manteinance planning skills;
- Upper Intermediate level of English language;
- PC knowlege skills;
