This team works together to support a number of customers who are located around the world. To be successful in this job you should have the ability to troubleshoot various situations with customer interaction over the phone and/or in person. You should be able to resolve complex network server/application/infrastructure level problems on an individual level as well as with a team or offsite vendor. In addition to providing support and performing system upgrades, you will also be responsible for making recommendations to enhance and maintain network infrastructure.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience:
· Administering Lotus Domino R6 - R8 for Messaging Environments;
· Supporting Lotus Sametime, Lotus Quickr, Blackberry Enterpise Server and Blackberry devices;
· Understanding of message flow from end to end including firewall protocols;
· Understanding of content filtering solutions.
Candidate should be available to work US hours.
Desired skills include:
· 5 to 7 years progressive experience in Lotus Administration, or equivalent combination of education and messaging support experience;
· Experience performing complex issue analysis and is often in lead role within major project;
· Experience with Lotus Domino Messaging design and Administration in an Enterprise class setting with multiple domains;
· Ability to design total systems’ solutions for smaller organizations or for segment of large organization, typically using third-party hardware and software;
· Ability to successfully utilize technical expertise in areas such as marketing, business acquisition, and client support;
· Ability to apply wide application of theories, concepts, and principles in identifying customer needs and designing supporting systems.
