Ensuring the transport of the goods;
Optimization of transport costs;
Being in permanent contact with back sales regarding the delivery terms;
Responsibility for the safety of the goods loaded;
Organization and technical assistance during loading and unloading of the goods;
Preparing the transport invoices in Docuware for the accounting;
Ensuring sufficient quantity of goods for each contract and its delivery to the customer;
Coordinating the external packaging company;
Optimization of packing, nesting as much as possible where is allowed to;
Monthly reports concerning the finished goods stock and free stock;
Contract negotiation;
Responsible of stock yard and the coordination of stock yard responsible;
Issue the transport documents in SAP;
Responsible for custom clearance;
Responsible for planning of packages to be in stock.
University degree;
Relevant experience in logistics activities;
Fluent in English;
Familiar with SAP;
PC knowledge;
Driving licence.
