RESPONSABILITATI

This is a good opportunity to work in a well-established international company in the position of
LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

Key responsibilities include:

Handling the ERP system (warehouse and logistics); creating new products in the system;
Responsible for the transfers between warehouses, material consumption, importing and exporting purchase orders, packing reports;
Organizing domestic deliveries to Clients in cooperation with transport companies; calculation of transport tariffs, organizing and handling sea freights;
Updating and supervising the return of documents from Clients;
Preparing orders to Suppliers and handling the deliveries;
Preparing various reports - delivery, stock, cost reports, and also complaint and presence reports.


CERINTE

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

2 years experience in logistic activities (warehousing, transportation);
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
Strong organizational skills;
Attention to details;
Good English level (written and spoken).
