¿ Supports units within facilities area
¿ Manages the Centre¿s office facilities and administration requirements
¿ Office management ¿ vending , liaison with the landlord and security staff
¿ Manages office, building and garage access for both company employees and visitor
¿ Performs regular checks of access rights
¿ Keeps a list of employees with unlimited access up to date
¿ Creates ID cards for company employees
¿ Sets access cards for company employee and visitors
¿ Employees¿ and visitors¿ requests handling
¿ Manages post related processes both incoming and outgoing
¿ Introduces Office Policy & Evacuation Procedure to company new joiners
¿ Organizes regular training for wire wardens and firs aids
¿ Logs, assigns and resolves calls in the F&S Helpdesk
¿ Manage resources to ensure the delivery service levels are achieved.
¿ Monitor quality and productivity of staff via feedback and direct observation.
¿ Provide team building, employee recognition and motivational activities
¿ Monitor budgets, report variances and recommend corrective action.
¿ Review and approve payment requests and vendor invoices as necessary.
¿ Participate in recruiting activities and induction programs as necessary.
¿ Manage contract relationships with external service providers.
Reports to: F&S Manager or Director of F&S.
Supervises: Supervises approximately 5-15 employees
External Relationships: Builds and maintains relationships with external service providers.
Work Experience: Five years experience in an office services environment preferred.
¿ Ability to take initiative and successfully lead others.
¿ Strong customer service skills.
¿ Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
¿ Positive attitude and high degree of self-confidence.
¿ Self-motivated.
¿ Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff and external service providers.
¿ Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
¿ Knowledge of contract management
