- Support project team in terms of logistic and acquisition;
- Support project team with equipment reception and stock inventory;
- Support Business Planning administrator in his current activity;
- Management of default equipment for running projects;
- Management of delivery documentation;
- Management of logistic (transport, storage, packaging) purchase orders;
- University degree (technical background would be an advantage);
- Previous experience in logistic activities will be considered an advantage;
- Team-working and communicative;
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written;
- Very organized and efficient, finds solutions and takes initiatives;
- Proficient in the use of personal computers (MS Office) and typical business applications;
- Available for business travels no more than 25% from working time;
- English language – fluent;
