Profile:
Do you love working in Linux in general, and are you also a fan of Debian and/or Python? Then we are the right company for you! You will work in a small team, some co-located in Bucharest, and others across the world, of highly motivated professionals and are expected to work in an independent and proactive fashion.
Responsibilities:
You'll be working on various internal systems
Linux servers maintenance and monitoring
Script writing for improved administration
Bug reporting and working on bug/support tickets
Collaboration with both local and remote team members
Extra tasks as deemed necessary
Investigating logs for diagnosing and fixing issues
Reporting directly to our Sysadmin Coordinator
Desired profile:
Love for the Linux OS
2 years Linux OS experience
Proficient use of the English language
Good skills in scripting and automation in Bash
Open-minded with good communication skills
Fast learner and result oriented
Pro-active and independent worker whilst strong team spirit and involvement
Beneficial other skills:
Experience with Zabbix monitoring system
Basic Python programming experience
Love for optimization and analysis of software resources
SMTP and DNS knowledge
MySQL
Familiarity with email-related security systems (SPF, DNSBL, DKIM)
