Our client, one of the global lider in financial and banking services field, is looking for a Liability product Manager.
Principal Objective and responsibilities of the Job
- Responsible for developing, enriching and implementing the liability strategy of the consumer bank through continuous innovative product development and first class product delivery.
- Leading the liability product in meeting annual EBIT targets.
- Providing assistance to the channels in delivering sales goals and superior customer service.
- Develop and implement a Debit Card Strategy, including privileges and usage promotion initiatives;
- Develop, implement and enhance as needed Liability Product Strategy across current accounts, saving account time deposits and other FX linked innovative deposit products;
- Lead product and portfolio development / maintenance projects throughout all customer segments;
- Ensure consistent quality of products;
- Monitor product / portfolio performance on regular basis;
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing changes and trends;
- Make pricing proposals, including interaction with Treasury and ALCO (Asset / Liability Management Committee);
- Manage promotions / campaigns;
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Ability to work with high independence in a matrix organizational structure;
- Knowledge of front-end back-end processes;
- Knowledge of banking products;
- Knowledge of consumer banking systems is an advantage;
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Marketing orientation;
- Fluent English.
Experience and Training:
- Economics degree;
- 1 year experience in related product category;
- Experience in project management.
