Handle and drafting civil and commercial agreements concluded   between the Company and/or individuals or other companies (clients and   suppliers);
  Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of company   policies and compliance efforts
  Provide training to managers throughout local and Adecco employment   issues and business ethics
  Handle specific and general legal issues as well as provide general legal   advice
  Registering at Trade Registry - e.g.  changing the registered offices, opening new   branches modifications of registered capital’s structure or shareholders
  Legal correspondence internal, private institutions and   public institutions
  Drafting and registering Collective Labor Contracts,   Individual Labor Contracts, Internal Regulations and other legal assistance   in Labor Law in collaboration with HR Dept.
  Provide proactive, responsive and sound legal advice to   designated lines of business to assist with the mitigation of legal risk to   the designated lines of business.
  Review   policies and procedures, as and when required, to ensure compliance with   applicable legal requirements, mitigate reputational risk and reduce exposure   to legal liability.
  Participate,   as a team member, in various projects relating to product and service   development by providing legal and regulatory advice, identifying potential   legal risks, and assisting with the development of risk mitigation   strategies.
  Documentation, drafting and aprooval of all necessary   documents for Company participation in Tender procedures (including drafting   appeals and representing the Company in front of Law Court and National Council   for Solving Compliants);
  Ensuring permanent compliance of the Company with the   conditions and performance of activities requiring prior special   authorisation such as Temporary Workforce Agent, Search and Selection Agency;
•  3-5 years in   labor and employment law in a law firm and/or in-house legal department
•  English proficiency;
•  PC literacy: MC Word,   Excel, PowerPoint; 
•  experience in hr/consulting is a plus
•  high integrity, well-organized, and able to manage   numerous projects simultaneously
•  problem-solving attitude;
•  excellent verbal and written communication   skills, and able to establish effective relationships with all levels of   management
