Providing legal advice, assistance and representation on matters affecting Clients company under the direct oversight and coordination of Head of Legal Department – Senior Legal Counsel
Providing support and assistance for Senior In-house Legal Counsel in providing oversight and coordination for closely related functional areas that include: corporate governance, corporate secretarial services, monitoring new laws and regulations litigation hold; outside counsels’ management; reporting; governmental/regulatory activities and licensing.
Technical skills:
• Minimum 3 years of legal practice required
• Strong knowledge of company laws and regulations, commercial laws and regulations labor law and regulations
• Experience in commercial law and corporate governance.
• Proficiency in English language both written and spoken is a must
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of insurance and pension regulations is an advantage
