RESPONSABILITATI

The Contract Associate Manager provides Contract Management support to Global and/ or Regional Service Centers personnel/ on-shore Legal Professionals and business teams at all levels and various locations to enable the administration of government, international and commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. This means responsibility for tracking and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks and maintaining associated documentation. The responsibility extends to managing teams and projects, reviewing contracts in compliance with Accenture policies and procedures, and also applicable legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Projects/ Deals activities and resources;
• Manage a project team (Legal Professionals, Contract Management and business teams) and/or Service Center in accomplishing assigned tasks, including but not limited to reviewing of contracts or dealing with different administrative matters;
• Generate reports required to monitor contract compliance;
• Identify Service Center issues and proposals for solutions for approval;
• Support of training activities for Service Center personnel;
• May supervise personnel;
• May have direct interface with Client personnel;
• Assist in the application of tools and processes for the performance of Service Center designated activities;
• Perform research on contractual terms and conditions or other regulations;
• Responsible for ensuring that where Contract Management is deployed, all contract risks and issues are identified, contract compliance is maintained and issues resolved. If the contract is not complied with or issues are not resolved they must be promptly escalated to their Contract Management line manager;
• May work on small, medium, large and multiple engagements or single engagement;
• May be requested to provide information relative local customs and practices which could potentially impact the Service Centers.


CERINTE

• University degree in Legal
• IT knowledge is mandatory
• Experience in the contract management/ legal field at least 7 years
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English - mandatory
• Ability to act as a temporary back-up for a project Contract Manager
• Project management skills - managing level
• Availability to travel – Travel as required. Trainings provided abroad
• Detail-oriented, organized, flexible
• Ability to work in multicultural environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills;
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
