Our client, an important and fast-growing consultancy company needs a professional and determined person for the position of Legal Advisor
Advise the clients and elaborate legal opinion for different projects;
Elaborate and verify different business contracts and manage the administration issues;
In charge of the preparation of the necessary reports;
Maintain the relationship with the state authorities;
Act as a point of contact for external law firms and public notary;
When necessary compile documents in English, Romanian and if possibly Greek;
Administrative and document management of the projects in study;
Legal management of the project;
Assist the Project Manager in his duties;
Assist in Conflict Resolution matters;
Knowledge of the Romanian legal system and also the legal rules and regulations;
Knowledge of: Civil legislation, Work legislation, Company law;
Law University graduated;
Previous experience in a similar position;
Very good abilities of organizing, analyzing, very good communication skills;
Good Computer Skills: MS Office, Internet;
Proficient in English; Greek knowledge would be a plus;
Results-oriented, problem-solving, motivated and determined individual.
