Drafts contracts, agreements and other legal documents and participates in negotiation if needed;
• Prepares the documents required by law regarding work authorizations for foreign employees;
• Represents the Company in relation with local and central authorities;
• Collaborates with all the departments and offers legal support in order to improve the business;
• Translating legal documents from Romanian language to English language and otherwise;
• Examines the legal aspects of the contracts with customers, suppliers and partners;
• Updates the management permanently with the changes that occurred in the Romanian legislation;
• Follows and promotes legal procedures to ensure that managers and employees are aware of legal requirements;
• Provides timely and precise legal opinions to the team members and management of the company as requested;
• Protects company's interests so as to anticipate potential problems and reduce commercial risk;
• Assists Legal Director in real estate activities and not only;
• Maintains the connection with the corporation’s collaborators and provides solutions to legal issues;
• Advises on litigation and disputes and manages cases to deliver the most beneficial result to the company.
• University Degree in Law;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Legal Field;
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and oral;
• Excellent interpersonal skills (great communication abilities used for conflict solving)

• PC literate;
• Adaptable to changes;
• Positive attitude.
• Knowledge and understanding of International Commercial Agreements;
• Knowledge and understanding of Romanian Real Estate;
• Experience in Telecom/VOIP is a plus.
