As a legal advisor, you will be part of a young and enthusiastic team that will allow you to develop both legal and business skills. Your focus will be placed on drafting and reviewing contracts, debt recovery management and various advisory projects. Professional Responsibilities:
- Offers legal advise to internal departments;
- Represents the Company¿s interests in Court and in front of other public authorities;
- Reviews and draft a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts (distribution and sales, franchise and real estate are the main area of interest)
- Collaborates with all the departments in order to improve the business.
- Follow up outstanding matters/issues and ensure timely delivery of work;
- Set-up and follow up/or update appropriate legal collection processes sometimes in coordination with outside counsel;
- Make recommendations involving legal matters.
- University degree in law.
- Member of the Bar Association or legal adviser.
- Proven time management skills, drive for results and problems solving capabilities;
- Very good communication, negotiation and analytical skills;
- Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Relevant experience (minimum 2 years) in preparing and negotiation of contracts, mainly in real estate and corporate law;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Real drive and enthusiasm to work in a team.
