*JOB DESCRIPTION*
- Prospecting of the rent market. Prospecting and identifying new customers.
- Prospecting and identifying customer needs
- Presentation of selected offers to interested customers
- Programming the meetings between customers and owners
- Establish and develop relationships with clients
- Management of client portfolio, supervising that lease agreements are executed as agreed including collection of rent, contractual guarantees etc.
- Develop and retain clients portfolio etc.
*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*

. University degree
. Post secondary coursework in property management, business or real estate or equivalent, is an advantage
. Minimum one-year leasing/office experience.
. Detail oriented. Goal oriented.
. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
. Office hours may vary due to the specific needs of the property as determined by the commercial manager.
. Good communication and exceptional sales skills.
. Basic computer knowledgeis madatory
. Self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
. Exemplary time management skills.
. Knowledge of rent market and applicable compliance regulations.
. Willingness to learnand to assist above and beyond as part of "the team."
