The Lead Artist’s main responsibilities are to plan, organize, follow-up and evaluate the work of his/her team of artists. He/she ensures that the artistic team meets its production objectives in terms of time and quality. He/she takes responsibility of his/hers team work and is able to takes decisions accordingly.

Technical skills:



Very good knowledge of the English language.
Takes the direction and the responsibility about how the game UI and graphics looks like.
Bring new ideas for graphic references for the project.
Has very good knowledge of building User Interface, improve the UI look and usability.
Has very good knowledge of the workflow and techniques used for the creation of 2D and 3D game content.
Oversees the production of models and textures and ensures that they respect the project’s visual style, constraints and direction of the game.
Uses the functions of the project and data management tools efficiently.
Is comfortable with the platform and engine constraints.
Has knowledge regarding the video games industry.
Good drawing skill.
