• to conduct market and sales analysis to identify new opportunities for business development. The analysis will include: retail market, distribution, sales, shares, pricing, merchandising, competition, etc;
• knowledge of specific services market, the needs and potential (HR services is a plus)
• develops a sales network through the acquisition of new and strengthened relationships with customers
• propose and fulfill annual sales, activity plans with his/her clients
• follows and participate in marketing actions
• analyze results of his/her clients, specific reports
• responsible for reaching the commercial objectives
• respects the company's trade policies, enforces compliance with all internal procedures
• represents the company at conferences, meetings, exhibits and other special events; promotes new and existing programs and initiatives
• build and maintain strong professional relationships with the prospective Key Accounts entities all over the country
• ensure on time delivery of the international contracts
minimum 3 years of managing key accounts and demonstrated ability to develop long-term IKA relationships with senior-level managers;
• English proficiency;
• PC literacy: MC Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• driving license and availability for business travel
• business orientation
• experience in hr/consulting is a plus
• flexibility, independence, ability to work under stress
• superior organizational, presentation and negotiation skills;
