Goals:
• Understand the customer and the market(s) he works in and assure Computaris business development
• Understand telecom market and Computaris solutions and products, identify new areas of business
• Build long term and strong relationship with the customer.
Main purpose of the job:
Customer's representative within Computaris, focused on increasing the business and responsible for overall customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
• Focused on increasing the business with the customer (as volume and as different types of services)
• Ensure good communication with the customer at all levels
• Organizing (quarterly) face to face meetings with the customer
• Identifying opportunities from the day to day business with the customer
• Support TM/Delivery Manager in implementing the contract on operations side; provide input for contract negotiation
• Understanding the customer (market, customers, suppliers, competitors, company organization, resources, products etc) and act accordingly
• Maintaining account pipeline/forecasts
• Follow up on quarterly revenue/profitability
• Communicate closely with operational team (TM, Delivery Manager and COO) in various phases of the project to maximize business value/minimize business risks
• Getting needed resources from the Marketing, IT, HR, Operational etc.
• Reporting to Management Board Meetings
• Overall responsible for implementing lessons learned
• Implementing and monitoring KPIs related to: customer satisfaction and profitability of the account
• Celebrating success
• A good post-university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Excellent written and spoken English language
• Very good sales and customer relationship skills
• Minimum 5 years full-time working experience in an IT company after completing your degree
• Knowledge of mobile telecom
• Experience with high performance systems and computer communications protocols
• Experience with systematic software development methodologies
• Highly motivated and ability to work in teams
• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
