We are looking for our client, a multinational company in energy sector, for a Key Account Manager - South Area.


Job objective:

Responsible for the development and performance of sales activities on assigned area. Establishes plans and strategies to maintain and expand the customer base matching the corporate growth plan in the area. Manage existing customers, contractors and prospects through continuous visits and support.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and administer assigned sales activities by meeting and exceeding net sales quotas and ensuring customer satisfaction through sound and ethical selling practices.
• Develop, maintain and service accounts in the area through frequent visits and after sales support recognizing trends as they develop.
• Initiates and coordinates action plans to penetrate new markets by searching and developing effectively sales leads and prospects.
• Prepare annual sales forecast and business plans for the assigned area.
• Analyze and recommend appropriate actions regarding new, existing, modified product lines and their potential market as related to present and new customers
• Maintain complete awareness of and analyze markets, competitor activities and products, customer problems making appropriate recommendations as required
• Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills.
• Provides timely feedback and reports to senior management regarding performance.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are applied within the assigned area

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in electro mechanic engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial products sales or energy sector
• Must have the ability to build up and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Customer focused, goal oriented and can act and work independently
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Ability to meet assigned targets.
• Dynamic, competitive nature, self-driven to exceed established goals.
• Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills.
• Good command of oral and written English.
