RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is a multinational producer of pneumatic equipments.

Job description:
• Build and develop client portfolio in assigned sector in the line with strategy
• Run face to face and remote business meetings with customers that lead to business growth, development of business relationship and to meeting annual sales plan.
• Develop, maintain and improve product knowledge
• Identify and resolve client concerns
• Diagnose clients needs and requirements
• Propose and ensure delivery of appropriate customized solution in cooperation with sales support, design and technical department
• Prepare proposals, presentations, orders and contracts with the clients
• Get clients feedback on delivered solutions and service
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate competitors
• Attend the conferences and exhibitions
• Maintain and update local sales application as requested by the supervisor
• Deliver reports upon request of the manager

Roles and responsibilities:
• development of the business in Romania in close cooperation with CEE KAM - and local Managing Director.
• proper execution of sales plan and for meeting planned margins on his/her sales and for cash collection.
• controlling his / her travel expenses according to the corporate policy.
• executing all corporate and local Romanian policies.
• His/her personal development and for attending the trainings and courses to which he/she is appointed

Position Requirements
• University degree in machinery, process automation
• Market knowledge in the field of pneumatic elements and systems for industrial automation is a must
• Experience in sales at least 5 years
• Ability and motivation to identify, qualify and win Engineering Advantage business opportunities
• Strategic thinking, orientation to goals and objectives
• Ability to analyze requests from customers, ability to propose and present engineering advantage solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiations skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Driving license
• Computer literacy, MS Office
