RESPONSABILITATI

Is responsible for assuring existing customers loyalty and for prospecting and acquiring new customers aiming at implementing long term relationships;
Negotiates sales conditions with assigned customers with respect to margins defined by the Company and follows through signed and existing contracts;
Assures customers; satisfaction via services and solutions that meet their needs;
Makes sure procedures and conditions stated in contracts are followed;
Proposes to Sales Manager detailed Sales Action Plans for the customers in portfolio.
Keenly follows market;s trends and evolution and closely monitors competitors; activities and initiatives;
Regularly controls sales results on customers in portfolio proposing proper corrective actions to enable assigned targets.


CERINTE

University degree, preferable in economics
At least 2 years experience in consultative sales, preferable in automotive.
Good knowledge of Romanian automotive market.
Desire to help in building up a market reference organization.
Fluent in English.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Driving licence.
