RESPONSABILITATI

Maximizes sales of key major accounts (both group and individual product);
Maximizes customer satisfaction & retention;
Establishes strong and productive relations with major corporate clients;
Develops a client-specific strategy and communication plan for each assigned client;
Identifies contact persons (Executives, HR Managers) from the targeted companies;
Approaches the contact persons;
Identifies the company’s needs related to employees benefits and group products;
Develops and implements the database for key accounts;
Performs competition analyses;
Develops relationship marketing events;
Supervises claims handling;
Cooperates intensely with client to maximize individual sales.


CERINTE

At least 2 years relevant experience with proven record in corporate relations field (experience in insurance is an advantage);
Strong selling and closing skills in corporate environment, proven commercial track record;
Strong planning and organizing abilities;
Great relationship-building skills, both externally with customers and internally with co-workers and support personnel;
Ability to sell strategically and creatively, not dependent upon a mapped out sales process for success;
Transparent, open and straightforward;
Excellent command in English (speaking/presenting, writing and reading);
University Degree.
