Goals:
- To achieve (and exceed) the established turnover by taking into account the general strategy and objectives set by the company.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- To acquire new clients and advise the clients existing in the allotted segment;
- To sell the Company’s products and develop project solutions (together with Professional; Service Consultant on-site) based on the Company portfolio of products and services;
- To prepare the bids and carry out the entire sale process up to „Client signature“;
- To coordinate the projects of the main clients – Key Accounts;
- To cooperate with the company’s partners on a project basis;
- Responsible for maintaining the communication between business partners and clients;
- Knowledge with respect to the company and its work procedures as well as the Company quality assurance system.
- Experience (contacts) with IT system integrators in Romania;
- At least 5 years experience in the IT field and proven sales & account management skills;
- Proven experience in successful project acquisition in IT-solution business;
- University degree in economics or commercial background;
- Technical understanding of IT solutions in the DMS field;
- Very good knowledge of English and Romanian (written and spoken); knowledge of German will be an advantage;
