RESPONSABILITATI

The KAM Department is focused on keeping and developing successful business cooperation with a list of clients, preliminary agreed with the Commercial Manager. The main responsibility is to facilitate prompt and correct communication between all teams in GOPET and the Client in order to:

- Cover clients’ demands on performance level
- Keep agreed terms from both sides: GOPET and the Client
- Ensure stable longterm development of the business
- Set a proactive approach, determining new business opportunities
- When needed: prepare tender participation, collects prices and fills in related tender documentation
