- Administrarea unui important portofoliu de marci, modele, copyright si nume de domenii la nivel international (OHMI, USPTO, OMPI)
- Efectuarea de reinnoiri de marci si de alte formalitati administrative
- Administrarea bazei de date a marcilor
- Participarea la cercetari de anterioritate
- Realizarea de cercetari documentare
- Urmarirea procedurilor judiciare (inscrierea in cadrul diferitelor registre)
- Urmarirea anuitatii marcilor
- absolvent studii juridice, de preferat cu specializare in proprietate industriala
- experienta de 2-3 ani intr-o functie similara este esentiala
- experienta intr-un mediu international
- limba engleza nivel avansat
- limba franceza reprezinta un avantaj important
