- Ensure the right management of all legal issues;
- To provide legal advice and law interpretation to all departments, related to every day activity;
- Responsible for all legal correspondence of the company;
- Responsible for drafting legal reports to all departments related to new legislation;
- To create and implement all legal work instruments for different departments and services;
-To verify legal conformity of social procedures as well for the collective work contracts and personnel disciplinary sanctions;
- Provide assistance and consultancy in negotiations with third parties, writing and analyzing legal documents.
- Law University degree;
- At least 5 years experience in the juridical field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- International contracts;
- Very good analytical and problem solving abilities;
- Excellent computer skills ¿ MS Office
- Very good command of English
- Strong motivation, dedication and enthusiasm.
