RESPONSABILITATI

Takes part in the actions to assure data security and configuration by making periodical backups with the purpose of minimizing the traffic interruptions for the clients.
Participates to the periodical preventive maintenance on equipments according to the supplier manuals so that they work according to the settled KPI.
Tests the functionality of the applications and services, according to the performance standards of the company, for assuring the maximum availability to the final users.
Learns the procedures to interact with the equipment and application suppliers for reporting and solving the issues which may appear in the VAS systems, according to the agreed support procedures.
Participates in the actions to provide technical support in the case of supplier intervention upon the equipments if a malfunction appears according to the agreed internal procedures and respecting contractual clauses.
Monitors and solves the alarms and problems occurred in the VAS systems and applications in order to secure a continuous availability and to minimize the effects to the final users in case of malfunction.
Executes the changes from the work orders received from the planning departments in order to secure the services proper functioning also in the post implementation phase.
Can be summoned for ON CALL duty, outside office hours including week end and night, with the purpose of supporting continuously the operations, to implement the work orders that must be executed in maintenance hours and to be present in other company headquarters, if it necessary.
Makes periodical personal activity reports in order to highlight the contribution offered.
Makes periodical reports or other kind of reports upon request from the hierarchical supervisor: Traffic reports, Faults Report, Complaints, Work Orders, etc. having the purpose to reveal the administered equipment KPI.


CERINTE

University diploma in the fields of Telecommunications, Computer Science or related fields;
Experience in telecommunications domain: 0-1 year;
Knowledge: Administration of operating systems: Solaris, Unix, Linux – basic; MS Office – basic; Data base administration: Oracle, MySQL, Sybase – basic; Data network (TCP/IP) knowledge – basic; Knowledge of mobile telephony networks - basic;
English knowledge - medium;
Enthusiasm, Positive Attitude, Integrity.
