RESPONSABILITATI

Job Purpose

The Support Specialist should be responsible for master data management in the Oracle e-business suite and responsible for ensuring that the data is cleansed, appropriate for future growth and is maintained properly.

Responsibilities:

• Set up of all new customers and suppliers in Oracle system (ensuring there are no duplicate items created and that the customers are set up in correct hierarchy);
• Set up and maintenance of all OKS line items including accounting behind these;
• Update of process flow charts relating to master data in the systems (chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, project codes etc);
• Review all users of the Oracle ebiz tool to ensure the accesses provided;
• Perform ad-hoc analysis requests, which can involve merging datasets, cleaning data, analysis and interpretation;
• Develop and maintain various sql scripts.


CERINTE

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite 11.5.10 or R12) experience is a plus;
• University graduate in Computer Science or Economics;
• Fluent in English.
