- Provide preview, information and property tour, according to training specifications and direction of management.
- Set up meetings with potential clients during which you will identify their needs and requirements and prepare proposals that address their needs.
- Work together to develop and implement customized marketing plans.
- Use presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively.
- Follow all approved sales closing procedures as instructed.
- Attend press conferences and promotional events.
