RESPONSABILITATI

Implements recruitment and selection strategies, identifies recruitment sources and recommends the best alternatives in order to meet the company staff needs;
Runs the allocated recruitment projects (Retail, Customer Care), going through the complete recruitment process: approved headcount budget check, profile definition, recommends the proper recruitment strategy to the hiring managers, interviews and tests candidates, recommends the short-listed candidates to hiring manager, makes job offers to selected candidates, informs the rejected candidates, sends information on the new hire to all involved parties from the company;
Always observes the headcount budget approved when performing recruitment projects. Offers solutions to hiring managers in order to both satisfy their staffing needs and to comply with the headcount budget allocated for the hiring manager’s department/area/region. Keeps herself/himself permanently updated on the headcount budget available for the allocated recruitment area;
Performs the necessary administrative tasks related to recruitment processes (for example: timely updates the candidates’ data base, is responsible that all recruitment projects are properly and timely documented, according to applicable recruitment regulation, comply with the regulations applicable in recruitment area, etc);
Records all information about applicants in the company recruitment database correctly and in due time;
Tracks the orientation and integration of new employees in the team;
Participates in various HR projects, as per company needs;
Runs the exit interviews for all leavers from the allocated recruitment area and registers collected data in the databases. Based on the collected data, recommends activity improvements to line manager;
Prepare periodic and on the spot reports related with personnel recruitment for company management.


CERINTE

University Degree (Sociology, Psychology would be a plus);
At least one year experience in the recruiting and selection field;
Previous exposure in recruitment projects for IT&C field would be an advantage;
Volume hiring administration is a strong advantage;
Knowledge of competency/behavior based interviewing techniques;
Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
Fluency in English (both spoken and written);
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Good organizing skills, good time management skills;
Attention to details and ability to work fast and under pressure;
Team spirit.
