Responsibilities:
- Data base administrating;
- CV screening;
- Phone interviewing;
- Keeping the communication with the candidates and the employees;
- Organizing and keeping the evidence of the entire documentation;
- Administrative activities: work contracts, work permits, payroll, etc.

- Area of activity: leading Romanian employment agency and Technical Engineering Recruitment Consultant for projects in Romania and worldwide.
- Representing the following companies: Representative in Romania for major internation Engineering Recruitment Agencies TEKNICA UK, SWIFT UK, NES OVERSEAS,etc.
