We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our young, motivated and ambitious team, within a professional working environment, with opportunities to develop a career in HR consultancy field.

The Junior Consultant will undertake simple recruitment activities in the beginning, and will grow to Recruitment Consultant, being able to take the entire responsibility of a full recruitment processes.


CERINTE

- A person willing to build a career within the HR consultancy field;
- University Degree;
- English – fluent (compulsory), German or French would be a plus;
- IT&C technical background - Computer related studies (high-school or university) or at least 6 months working experience within an IT company / department; basic knowledge of IT&C market is an advantage;
- Previous HR experience / training is a plus. Understanding of recruitment processes and basic knowledge of HR systems;
- PC skills (MS Office, Internet etc);
- Very good communication skills (both speaking and writing), active listening; Positive approach;
- Planning, organizing and prioritizing skills;
- Good analytic and evaluation skills;
- Client and results oriented. Problem solving skills. Attention to details;
- Self starter, dynamic and enthusiastic;
- Team spirit. Enjoys working with people;
- Continuous learner.
