VACANCY DETAILS:
Type of job: internship for 1 month - at the end of the internship there is a possibility to extend it into a permanent job as a junior recruiter
Role during the internship:
- assist senior recruiters and take part in the company recruitment projects ;
- understanding the hospitality industry: company profiles, hierarchy charts, type of personnel we recruit, job descriptions for every department and vacancy available
- understanding the company philosophy and placement programs for: UK, USA, ROMANIA
- understanding the recruitment steps, procedures , applications, assessment forms and documentation used in the recruitment projects
- take part in company trainings such us: recruitment steps, telephone etiquette; customer service, solving complain, etc
- performing specific tasks such us : providing guidance and feed-back to the applicants, interviews schedules, applicants registration, reference or background checks on job applicants; Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies; Inform job applicants of program details ( type of program, documentation required, duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities, etc .

CRITERIA OF SELECTION
Excellent communication and organizational skills, excellent capacity of solving problems, very energetic and initiative, results driven, enthusiastic and team player, reliable and willing to take on responsibilities and challenges; a high standard of personal presentation, fluent English, confident, professional and welcoming personality is a MUST!
The right applicant should also have:
-university degree (Psychology, Psychology-Sociology Faculties, other)
-knowledge of personnel recruitment and selection tools and techniques;
-very good command of English, both spoken and written;
-computer literacy (MS Office);
