RESPONSABILITATI

To manage (in close cooperation with the Lead Recruiter) the recruitment of permanent & temp staff (high volume) staff for EA’s Romanian predominately QA (PC, console & mobile gaming) related organisation, and deliver a high quality recruitment service to customers that provides talent in a cost effective and timely manner.


Key Duties and Responsibilities
-Assist the Lead Recruiter in managing end to end recruitment processes for all open positions. This includes developing sourcing /attraction strategies for positions, sourcing CVs, managing candidate applications/ submissions efficiency by acknowledging applicants, screening CVs, communicating rejections etc. Conducting thorough candidate assessments and managing some offer negotiations where relevant.
-Establish, build and manage key partnerships with external suppliers such as recruitment agencies, job boards, newspapers & universities to drive down the cost of recruitment and attract talent in the most cost effective and timely manner.
-Manage the candidate experience by ensuring that all candidates have positive interaction with Electronic Arts at all stages of the recruitment process
-Positively promote and grow a consistent EA employer brand to enable the acquisition of talent into the EA organisation longer-term.
-Track critical recruitment data, and produce regular (and ad-hoc) reports on recruiting activities
-Support the Lead Recruiter on projects such as delivering Assessment and Selection Training for Managers to empower managers in making valid and reliable selection decisions
-Research and target new talent sourcing channels
-Ensure all open positions are accurately tracked using EA’s world wide recruitment management system


CERINTE

-Approx. 3 years recruitment experience (ideally QA Testing, Software Testing or IT) either in-house and/ or with a recruitment agency
-Experience of volume recruitment highly desirable
-Previous experience of traditional as well as e-resourcing (online) methods of attracting and sourcing staff
-Experience of working in a multi-national company desirable
-Selection and assessment experience (e.g. competency interviewing)
-Experience of building and managing assessment centers would be a bonus
-Written and Oral fluency in English
-Interest in interactive entertainment a bonus
-Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines
-Bright and assertive with the ability to come up to speed rapidly and develop fact-based recommendations
-Organisational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
-University degree or equivalent
-Hands on knowledge of sourcing and attracting candidates.
-Good communicator
