RESPONSABILITATI

- Conducts qualitative analysis of the focus groups and in-depth interviews and writes qualitative research reports;
- Writes the transcriptions of the Focus Groups and In Depth Interviews;
- Assists and takes notes in real time on the basis of focus groups and In Depths Interviews;
- Continuously develops and updates his knowledge regarding a broad range of domains: FMCG, pharmaceutical, finance banking, telecommunication etc;
- Develops his soft skills and knowledge in order to be assigned with more complex tasks and projects (moderating Focus-Groups, In Dept Interviews, complex analysis such as development of reccommendations and further marketing related suggestions);
-Takes initiative in improving and developing qualitative research department’s performance.
- Writes qualitative research reports and develops recommendations and future marketing strategies.


CERINTE

The ideal candidate must have:

- Background in PSYCHOLOGY
- Good listening and interpretations skills;
- Abilities for synthesis and analysis;
- Fluency in English;
- PC Proficiency (Word and Power Point);
- Marketing (research) knowledge would be an asset;
-Hard working and dedicated;
-Highly motivated to develop a career in the marketing research industry;
-Has charisma, presentation & social skills;
-Initiative and passion for the industry.
