Junior Procurer with German
Mission
Supply of products, equipment and services
Work within the procurement’s procedures and the Company’s principles and standards
Report directly to the MS Procurement Manager
Provide the necessary support to her contacts and make the given products, equipment and services available to internal customers
Supply of products, equipment and services
• Tracking the order until the goods and services are delivered, providing information about its status to the internal clients when necessary.
• Make contributions with the purpose of improving the purchasing process and relations with customers
• Receive notification for arrived products and prepare release documentation
• Check if the order was received properly and on time; solve any issues that might occur with the suppliers and inform internal clients
• Also solve issues related to blocked invoices in DART (IS system)
• Modify orders placed in SESAME (system for the clients request registration) by internal clients
• Directly communicate with suppliers and internal clients and transmit information about the order whenever necessary
• Must be informed about market prices and perform market research when requested
• University studies required
• Advanced levels of both English and German are mandatory
• Overall experience: Around of 2 years; fresh graduates are also welcome
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, customer service or other activities that involves relation without being mandatory can be considered as a plus
• Project Management Experience is considered an advantage
• Good communication skills with interfaces (Germany)
• Very good negotiation skills
• They have to be structured and very organized
• Proactive and with initiative
• Comfortable with repetitive work and transactional activities
• Serious, respecting deadlines
• Focused on finding the solution, not the blame
• Dedicated and available to work extra time in the loaded periods
