Key Accountabilities:
To provide transactional procurement support to the Procurement category teams to aid the delivery of category strategies.
The open role is available for the direct and indirect process
Specifically to provide support in the following areas: requisition screening in line with category preferred suppliers, requisition approval, purchase order transmission, master data management, catalogue management, ensuring purchase orders refer and align to contracts where they exist, and user/vendor query resolution, spot buying/tactical sourcing, reporting.
Role may be aligned to specific spend categories, but will have responsibilities that span all categories and will be expected to be adaptable to any category.
Minimum previos experience of 6 months is an advantage;
-Fluency in French language and good command of English is a must
-Keen to take ownership responsibility
-Proactive in solving day to day issues
-Ability to pick up new tasks quickly

-Good all round Excel skills.
