RESPONSABILITATI

Performing bug corrections, system regular maintenance, technical assistance, technical tests;
Working closely with the functional support analysts and the project team for finding root causes of system anomalies and for debugging;
Creating and updating technical documentation, working procedures and building-up a knowledge database;
Developing system enhancements based on the functional specifications and technical analysis;
Acquiring good level of understanding of the business processes (Human Resources, Timesheet Management, Financial Reporting)


CERINTE

Technical background in Computer Science/ Telecommunication/ Engineering
Good SQL knowledge of at least one DBMS
Working experience with ASP.Net, VB.NET/C#, Ajax, XML, Web Services is a plus
Knowledge of web related technologies HTML, Javascript, CSS
Good English and/or French skills
You must be a responsible person, both independent and team worker, innovative, and able to understand business processes and incorporate them in the IT systems and day to day activities
