• To create and configure the equipment operating procedures;
• Provides assistance to equipment operation and administration teams;
• To analyze and solve/escalate the daily activity problems, according to procedures and internal processes nature;
• Build and implement a system of reports, charts, analysis and statistics;
• Analyzes statistics and monitors services usage;
• Responsible for testing activities for new services implementation or platform integration;
Cerinte
• University degree in a technical discipline (Communications Engineering, Computer Science);
• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux;
• Basic knowledge of GSM, GPRS, UMTS, HSDPA, WIFI, HTTP, TCP/IP, network/routing protocols;
• Advanced MS Office skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Good communication and interrelation skills.
