The Junior Linux Support is responsible for the maintenance of a portfolio of clients that subscribed for online music and video contracts. The music and video devices are based on Linux or Windows.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Provide support services to all Mood Europe affiliates, sometimes being also directly in contact with our clients
* Follow up incidents where necessary (communicate with the internal departments on escalated issues)
* Investigate and solve technical issues regarding hardware or software failures
* Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of the online devices, using specific monitoring tools
* University degree in Computer Science or related field
* Very strong TCP/IP / Networking skills
* Experience in working with Linux and Windows command lines, Bash shell scripting
* Good knowledge of MySQL databases
* Good knowledge of DHCP/DNS
* Advanced knowledge in English (written and verbal)
* Ability to analyze and solve technical problems
