- Support the legal consultancy activity of Corporate Finance department regarding specific transactions;
Supports the business by providing creative value-adding legal consultancy on a variety of matters;
- Ensures the right management of all legal issues;
- Provides legal advice and law interpretation related to everyday activity;
- Reviews a wide range of contracts according to the clients field of activity
- University Graduates (Law Faculty);
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Proactive, open to learn;
- Customer and result oriented, ability to meet tight deadlines, dynamic, motivated persons with very good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Availability for full-time program;
- Some previous legal experience is a plus
