- asigura intocmirea/avizarea actelor si contractelor societatii pentru activitatea comerciala;
- urmareste aparitia oricaror acte normative (legi, ordonante, hotarari, etc.) care reglementeaza activitatea societatii si informeaza conducerea despre demersurile care trebuie facute pentru intrarea in legalitate;
- face demersurile necesare, la institutiile statului, pentru obtinerea tuturor avizelor, autorizatiilor, pentru ca societatea sa functioneze in conditii de legalitate;
- ofera consultanta juridica angajatilor societatii cu privire la diversele probleme aparute in cadrul societatii;
- dupa caz, reprezinta societatea in fata autoritatilor.
- absolvent studii superioare juridice;
- 2-3 ani experienta intr-o pozitie similara;
- consilier definitiv in Asociatia Profesionala ( Colegiul Consilierilor Juridici)
- cunostinte PC MS Office – WORD, EXCEL; INTERNET EXPLORER - obligatoriu;
- limba engleza – scris si vorbit;
- permis conducere cat B;
- aptitudini de comunicare verbala;
- abilitati de negociere;
- atentie la detalii, ordonat (a);
- orientare catre eficienta, initiativa personala;
- dorinta de a invata/de a avansa
