RESPONSABILITATI

The jobholders will provide advance IT support via phone, e-mails and web cases for clients in French and Italian, during business hours.
This involves knowledge and proficiency for usual software packages like Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 95/97/2000, connectivity and PC hardware configurations. The cases can also be solved via remote access.


CERINTE

¿ Basic Knowledge ¿ understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer,
¿ Fluency in both Italian and French is mandatory;
¿ Good command of English;
¿ Very good communication skills;
¿ Customer service skills, orientation and team spirit.
