CERINTE

- Windows 2000/XP ¿ 2+ years experience
- Install, maintain and troubleshooting
- Apply preload image (GHOST or similar experience)
- Connect and troubleshoot network/local peripherals
- Training capabilities for new users

Remote support

- Tools for remote access (Remote Desktop, Remote assistance, VNC)

LAN communication
- Set VPN connection (dial- up, install, configure, troubleshooting)
- Network component knowledge (switches, IP allocation, DHCP)

PC Hardware, IT equipment (laptop, printer, scanner, PDA, digital camera)

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (XP/2003) ¿ 1+ years experience
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot
- Training capabilities for new users

Scripting or other programming languages (batch scripting, VBScript, Kixtart)

English skills ¿ both written and spoken ¿ medium level.

Experience:

- Windows 2000/XP operating systems ¿ 2+ years
- Microsoft Office Suite (XP/2003) ¿ 1 year

Technical Know-how:

- PC hardware
- IT equipment (laptop, printer, scanner, PDA, digital camera)
- LAN and WAN
- Windows 2000/XP operating systems
- Competency in email (Microsoft Exchange / Outlook preferred)
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (2000/XP/2003)
- Scripting or other programming languages (batch scripting, VBScript)
- General knowledge in troubleshooting various popular technologies.
